Questions we actually get
What does “headless” mean here?
There is no required frontend. The whole platform is an API — the Console we ship is just one client of it. You can build your own UI, call it from a job, or never open a browser at all.
Which models can we use?
Bring your own provider key. A config pins the model and the effort level, and the integration is set once at the account level so agents inherit it read-only.
Do you train on our data?
No. Your inputs and artifacts are never used to train models, ours or a provider's.
Can we self-host?
Single-tenant and self-hosted deployments are available on the Enterprise tier. The artifacts stay portable either way — you can export and leave.
How do we get support?
Community on the free tier, email on Team, a named engineer on Enterprise.
Is the documentation public?
No. Documentation lives inside your organization and needs an account: what you write there is yours, not a public site. The API reference sits in the same place.
Is there a free tier, and does it need a card?
Signup is open and the Developer tier is free — no card, nothing to book. You bring your own model key.
